Industries · Chambers & Downtowns
Turn your chamber or downtown into the app residents use to shop local
Cazullo gives your association a branded town app where residents discover, buy, book, attend events, and spend a local gift card, creating visible member value and new non-dues revenue.
- Live marketplace engine
- Branded iOS, Android, web & admin
- Launched with real local content
One live brand launched with 3,000+ local businesses already in the directory.
The problem
Why chambers and downtowns struggle to stay relevant
Non-dues revenue keeps lagging
Less than half of a typical chamber's revenue comes from non-dues sources, and growing that tops the list of challenges year after year.
Members leave over engagement
They rarely leave over price, and hearing from you only at renewal time makes it worse.
Five or six tools that never fit together
The work runs on spreadsheets and systems that were never meant to function as one.
Shop local never becomes a habit
Campaigns happen on a handful of dates a year, then go quiet again.
Vitality is hard to prove
Downtown districts have to show foot traffic and economic activity, with numbers that are hard to gather.
An app looks out of reach
Building one for your town reads as expensive and beyond a small team.
One build, your brand
One platform, three products under your brand
Cazullo is not just an app. From a single build, your association gets three products, all carrying your name and logo.
Native mobile app
Published to the Apple App Store and Google Play under your brand, and residents keep it on their phones.
Public website
Optimized for mobile, so your town shows up in search and every business has its own shareable page.
Admin panel
Where your team runs the directory, events, offers, payments, and analytics.
Building those three separately is three projects to fund and keep in sync. Here they are one, generated from a single configuration and launched together.
New revenue
Five ways your app earns
Residents actually buy in the app, so your association earns from the activity it helps create. Turn on what fits your community.
Sales share
A platform fee on orders, tickets, gift cards, bookings, and local subscriptions, shared with your association.
Example
~$3 on a $60 order
Event tickets
Sell tickets to your street fairs, markets, and festivals, with QR check-in at the door.
Example
~$1,000 on a 500-ticket festival
Sponsored placement
Members pay to stand out in the app and on the home screen.
Example
~$500/mo per featured member
Gift card activity
A community gift card that spends across every member business.
Example
~$5 on every $100 loaded
Community fundraising
Run fundraising campaigns for downtown improvements, local causes, and seasonal programs.
Example
A share of every campaign
Honest about the work: the figures above are rough examples, not a quote. Each merchant completes a quick payment setup, so this revenue grows as your businesses come on board, not overnight. That is why we launch you full and run the ramp with you.
Launched full
The directory is the hard part. We build it for you.
Signing up local businesses one at a time is what leaves most town apps empty. Cazullo pulls every business already listed online across your region, sourced from Google, and loads them before you launch.
We have already loaded 3,000+ for a single live brand.
What it costs to build by hand
10-15 min
per listing
hundreds
of businesses
weeks
of manual work
With Cazullo, your app arrives full on day one. Zero listings your team enters by hand.
Both sides of your town
Value your members see, proof your board needs
For chambers & merchant associations
The value you already deliver, finally visible
- Your directory listing becomes a storefront that sells: photos, hours, products, checkout
- Your "shop local" email becomes a push notification in their pocket, tied to their own offer
- Every member gets a dashboard of real results, visits, tickets, and sales, the proof that renews dues
For BIDs, SIDs & Main Street
Proof your board needs
- Transactions, engagement, and event attendance across the district
- Evidence that justifies your assessment to property owners
- Show the community the district is working, with real numbers
How it compares
Most shop-local tools stop at one piece
Each approach covers a slice. Your town's app brings them together in one branded experience residents keep on their phone.

How it works
A launch setup, then a monthly license
It works like the rest of the market: a one-time setup to launch your town full, then a month-to-month license with no multi-year contract.
Starting from
$2,500
one-time launch setup
Launch setup
We build your branded app for the App Store and Google Play and seed your directory with real local businesses, so you go live full, not empty.
$500/mo
monthly license
Monthly license
Month to month, no multi-year contract. It covers releases, support, and hosting, so your small team never carries the software.
Not a cost, a revenue channel
The app is built to pay for itself
In many towns, a single sponsored placement or one paid push campaign already covers the monthly license, and your share of every local sale is new revenue on top. For most associations it funds itself, instead of adding a line to the budget.
Integrations & infrastructure
Built on infrastructure you can trust
It works alongside the member software you already run, and it is the same platform already running live consumer marketplaces.

Published under your brand
Your app ships to both stores with your name and logo, listed as your own app, not ours.

Payments secured by Stripe
Every payment and payout runs through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Card details are encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe, never stored on our servers, and each business is paid out automatically.
Push notifications
Today it is the most direct way to reach a resident: a message that lands right on their phone, for a new offer, an event, or a gift card, instead of an email that sits unopened.
Isolated by brand
Each brand runs on its own Firebase project on Google Cloud, so your data stays isolated and yours.
Questions chambers ask
Will residents actually download and use it?
That is exactly what the 90-day pilot is for, to prove it before you scale. Two things move the needle: the app launches on a full local directory, not an empty shell, and you can reach residents with push notifications tied to real reasons to open it, offers, events, and a community gift card. We do not promise overnight adoption, we build the pilot to measure it.
Will our member businesses actually onboard?
You start with a directory we seed or migrate, so businesses appear from day one without lifting a finger. From there each one can claim and set up its storefront, and those who want to sell complete a quick payment setup. Adoption grows through the pilot, which is why the revenue lines ramp rather than switch on all at once.
We already have a CRM or member software. Do we have to switch?
No. Keep it. Cazullo is the public app of your town and the revenue layer on top, not another database to migrate into. It works alongside your existing member software.
How do we justify the cost to our board?
You bring them two things a cost line does not have: a benefit members can see and a new non-dues revenue stream. The pilot gives you real engagement and revenue data to put in front of the board before any long commitment.
Why not just use a free community gift card program?
A gift card is prepaid dollars in a closed loop. Cazullo includes a gift card, and wraps discovery, buying, booking, events, and analytics around it, so it drives repeat visits, not a one-time load.
Do we own the app and the data?
Yes. Your app ships to the stores under your name, your data stays yours, and the relationship with your residents and members is yours. The platform is licensed, not sold.
We have a tiny staff. Who runs it?
Cazullo can run releases, support, and content operations. You focus on the local relationships, and the software stays with the company that built it.
How fast can we launch?
About three weeks, because the platform is already built and running real brands. Exact timing depends on the features you choose and the content work, and is confirmed directly.
What does it cost?
The platform is licensed per brand, with a launch setup, a monthly license, and a shared platform fee on sales. Terms depend on the features you need and how much of the operation Cazullo runs for you, and are discussed directly.
