Under the hood
React Native and Expo for the apps, Next.js for the web, and Firebase on Google Cloud with an isolated project per brand, so each brand owns its data. Payments run on Stripe.
Licensing model
The platform is licensed per brand. You bring the brand and the local knowledge; we bring the software and the operation. Commercial terms depend on modules and level of operation, and are discussed directly.

How is this different from building a custom app?

Yes. Each brand runs in an isolated Firebase project, and the brand, its content, and its user relationships are yours. The underlying platform code is licensed, not sold.
