Running every day at Diamond West Civil
See Diamond West CivilCazullo Jobline was built inside Diamond West Civil, a veteran-owned site development and excavation contractor in Scottsdale, Arizona. It runs their leads, bids, crew hours and job costs every day, and we built the website that sends their leads straight into it.
- In daily use since spring 2026
- Replaced their job-cost spreadsheet
- Their site now loads in under 1.5 seconds on a phone, down from about 5
Cazullo is the software company behind it: building software since 2020, with 62 projects delivered across several industries. Questions about the software go straight to the people who build it.
What we fix, starting with what hurts most
Six problems owner-run construction companies and contractors run into over and over. Each one opens into how we solve it and what it costs.

Problem 1 of 6
Not enough good jobs coming in
Lead marketplaces often send the same request to several contractors, so you compete on price before you see the job. In 2023 the FTC ordered a major one to pay up to $7.2 million over misleading claims about the leads it sold to contractors. Meanwhile 97% of consumers read reviews for local businesses, and 45% now use AI tools like ChatGPT for local recommendations. FTC, 2023; BrightLocal, 2026
How we bring in more jobs
We put your company in front of people searching for your services in the towns you work in, with ads, a website and a Google listing that work together. The leads are yours alone.
- Google Ads campaigns by service and by town, with junk searches blocked every week
- A website with a home page and up to 3 service pages, built to convert ad clicks and to be read by AI assistants
- Your Google Business Profile complete, active and collecting reviews
- Every call and form tracked, and website leads sent straight into your CRM
- A monthly report with leads, cost per lead and signed jobs by campaign
Our Google Ads fee is flat: $600 setup, then $600 a month. The ad budget is paid to Google, on your card, in an account in your name.
| Campaign | Leads | Jobs signed | Signed value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Additions | 6 | 1 | $48,600 |
| Kitchen and bath remodels | 7 | 1 | $38,500 |
| Concrete and driveways | 4 | 1 | $11,800 |
Sample numbers. The real report comes from the lead sources and win rates tracked in your CRM.
Problem 2 of 6
Leads that go cold before you call back
Companies that try to reach a new lead within an hour are nearly 7 times as likely to get a real conversation with the decision maker as those that wait one more hour, and over 60 times as likely as those that wait a day. Harvard Business Review, 2011
How every lead gets an answer fast
Website leads get an answer within the minute, and your office is reminded until someone calls back, even while you are on a job site.
- Website leads land in the CRM on their own; calls and emails are added in a few clicks, with duplicates merged
- An email reply to every website lead within the minute, day or night
- An alert to your office the moment a lead comes in, reminders at 24 hours and 3 days if nobody has called, and a 7 a.m. daily summary
- Follow-ups to the customer at 3 and 7 days that stop as soon as they answer
- Response time, win rate and lead sources in one report
- With the Full office plan, our team replies to new leads by email and keeps follow-ups moving
- 2:14 PMNew lead from your website: garage addition
- 2:14 PMInstant reply to the customer, alert to your office
- Next day, 2:14 PMNo call logged yet: reminder to your office
- Day 3Follow-up email sent on its own
- Day 3, 4:40 PMCustomer replied, follow-ups stop
- Day 5Site visit booked
Sample lead.
Problem 3 of 6
Jobs that lose money without you knowing
The average remodeler kept 6.3% net profit in 2024. On margins that thin, one overrun erases the profit of several good jobs. NAHB, 2026
How you see each job's profit while it runs
You see what every job is costing while it is still running, not months later at tax time.
- Budget against actual by cost code, updated as hours and receipts come in
- The crew photographs receipts and AI reads the vendor, date, total and card
- GPS clock-in on the job site, with the hours going straight to the timesheets
- A daily burn rate, a schedule forecast and a flag when a job passes 80% of budget
- Change orders approved and added to the job budget
- Budgets loaded by AI from a PDF exported from your estimating or project software
- Fixed price and cost-plus jobs, each with its real profit
- Contract
- $48,600
- Spent of budget
- 81%
- Projected profit
- $11,700
- Labor$12,950 / $13,800
Forecast $14,700, $900 over budget
- Materials$9,400 / $11,200
- Subcontractors$3,600 / $6,300
- Equipment rental$1,950 / $3,100
- Permits and fees$1,380 / $1,600
Sample numbers. Labor is still under budget, but its forecast is not, so it is flagged and the projected profit already shows it.
Problem 4 of 6
Invoices that go out late and get paid later
56% of small businesses are waiting on unpaid invoices, $17,500 on average. Every week of delay is payroll and fuel paid out of your own pocket. QuickBooks, 2025
How invoices go out on time
Bill straight from the job, see what is overdue at a glance, and let our team send the reminders.
- Invoices created from the job and its approved change orders
- Sent by email, with what is paid and what is overdue in one view
- Our back-office team sends invoices on time and follows up on unpaid ones by email
- Connected to QuickBooks Online during setup, so invoices and expenses are not typed twice
- INV-1042Garage addition$24,300Paid in 9 days
- INV-1043Kitchen remodel$12,850Sent today
- INV-1039Driveway replacement$6,40012 days overdue, reminder sent
Sample invoices.
Problem 5 of 6
Bids and proposals that eat your nights
Quoting is one of the biggest time drains for 37% of home service business owners, general contractors included. Without an estimator, it lands on the owner after hours. Jobber, 2025
How bids get done faster
AI does the first pass of the takeoff, you check it, your rates set the price, and the customer signs on their phone.
- Upload the plans as a PDF or a photo, and AI drafts quantities like areas, lengths, volumes and cut and fill
- Every number marked as given on the plans, scaled or assumed, plus questions for the architect or engineer where the plans conflict
- You check every quantity, and your own labor, equipment and unit rates set the price. The AI never prices and never sends
- A check before sending flags thin margins and unpriced lines
- Proposals signed online with a signing certificate, and you see when they were opened
- A signed proposal becomes a job with the budget already filled in
- With the Full office plan, our team preps bid drafts and proposals for your review
The takeoff was built on site work, concrete, drainage and foundation plans. On other kinds of plans, treat it as a first draft and check it line by line.

Problem 6 of 6
Paperwork with no one to do it
A full-time administrative assistant costs about $4,400 a month in the US with payroll taxes, before any benefits. BLS, 2025
How our team runs the system for you
A shared team of real people, not AI and not one assistant. They do the day-to-day work inside Cazullo Jobline: the software's AI does the typing, and our team checks it, sends it and reports it. They work only in the system and its email, during US business hours, and handle the requests you send in the platform within one business day.

Why one team for all of it
Most marketing agencies stop at the lead, and most job software starts at the job. With us, leads and jobs live in the same system, so your monthly report shows which campaigns turned into signed jobs and which jobs made money. Then the ad budget goes where the work pays best.
- Runs in the browser on any phone or computer, no app store download
- Your own installation for your company, not a shared account
- AI by Google Gemini, data stored on Google Cloud
- Day 1Search“General contractor near me” shows your ad
- Day 1LeadThe form lands in your CRM and gets an instant reply
- Day 3BidAI drafts quantities from the plans, your rates set the price

Questions contractors ask us
How much does Google Ads management cost for contractors?
Our fee is $600 to set up, then a flat $600 a month, whatever your ad budget. We do not take a percentage of your spend. The ad budget itself is paid directly to Google, on your card, in an account in your name.
How much should a contractor spend on Google Ads?
It depends on your trade, your service area and your average job size. Published 2025 benchmarks put construction clicks at about $5.31 and a lead at about $166 (LocaliQ), so a $2,500 monthly budget buys roughly 15 inquiries at those averages. We recommend starting at $1,500 a month or more, then we measure your real cost per lead and per signed job and move the money to the services that pay best.
What is Cazullo Jobline?
Cazullo Jobline is job management software for construction contractors. It covers a CRM for leads, AI bid drafts from plan sets, proposals signed online, GPS clock-in, AI receipt reading, live job costing by cost code and invoices. It runs in the browser on phones and computers.
Does Cazullo Jobline work with QuickBooks?
Yes, with QuickBooks Online. We connect it during setup: invoices and job expenses go from Cazullo Jobline into QuickBooks, and payments recorded there show up in Cazullo Jobline, so nothing is typed twice. On QuickBooks Desktop? Tell us on the call. Your books, taxes and payroll processing stay with your accountant.
Who counts as a user?
Everyone who logs in, office and field. Crews use it to clock in and send receipts, so count them too.
Do my crews need to install an app?
No app store download. Cazullo Jobline opens in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Receipts logged without signal sync on their own later.
What does the back-office team do?
A shared team of real people, not AI, who run Cazullo Jobline for you during US business hours: they check receipts, review crew hours, keep job costs current, send invoices and payment reminders, and send you a weekly report. The Full office plan adds lead follow-up emails, bid and proposal prep and safety forms. Plans are sized by active jobs: Essentials covers up to 10 for $800 a month, and Full office up to 25 for $1,500. The team works inside Cazullo Jobline, so it comes with a Cazullo Jobline plan: $1,700 a month together on Essentials with up to 10 users, plus the one-time Cazullo Jobline setup.
Is the back-office team a personal assistant?
No. It is a shared team, not one dedicated person, and it works only inside Cazullo Jobline and its email. You send requests in the platform and they are handled there within one business day. They do not take phone calls, run errands or work in other tools.
Why should a contractor care about AI search?
Because customers now ask AI who to hire. 45% of consumers use AI tools like ChatGPT for local recommendations (BrightLocal, 2026), and when Google shows an AI summary, people click fewer links (Pew Research, 2025). The websites we build have clear service pages and structured data, and together with a complete Google profile they make it easier for these tools to find and cite your company.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?
No one can honestly guarantee that. What we commit to is the work: campaigns built for your services, tracking that counts every call and form, and a monthly report that shows what the money did.
What do you need from me to get started?
A kickoff call, access to your Google accounts and QuickBooks, your cost codes or a recent job budget, and your crew list. We do the setup, and your crew gets a short training on their phones.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Setup is paid once, and monthly services run month to month.
What happens if I cancel?
You can stop any month. Your Google Ads account, your Business Profile and your domain are in your name, so they stay yours, and we export your Cazullo Jobline data for you: jobs, costs, invoices and files.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in the United States. Everything runs online, from the first call to training your crew, so your location does not limit what we can do for you.
What kinds of construction companies and contractors do you work with?
Owner-run construction companies and contractors doing about $1M to $10M a year: general contractors, builders, remodelers, site work, concrete and specialty trades. Big enough that the office work piles up, small enough that the owner still does it at night.
We are under $1M a year. Is this for us?
Usually we start smaller: Google Ads and a website to bring in more work. The system and the back-office team pay off once you run several jobs at the same time.
