What you get in the free ads review

A written report on your ads and your market, yours to keep. No call required, no obligation, and I never ask for your logins to do it.

  • Who advertises around youWhich nearby competitors run Google Search, Google Maps, YouTube and Facebook and Instagram ads right now.
  • What your ads say todayYour live ads, how long they have run unchanged and where the clicks land.
  • What your competitors are runningTheir ads, their offers and the pages they send people to.
  • Whether your tracking sees real leadsIf calls, forms and bookings are counted. When public data cannot tell, I mark it “to confirm” instead of guessing.
  • Selling points you already haveStrengths on your website that your ads do not use yet.
  • A starting budget for your marketBased on what your competitors run and what clicks cost where you work. Meta can start at $500 a month; Google usually needs $1,500 or more.
  • What I would do in the first 90 daysIn order, adapted to what is actually missing.

From a sample review

A fictional HVAC company in Plano, Texas. Real reports follow the same format.

  1. First priority

Calls from ads may not be counted

    What I saw

The Google Ads tag on the site fires only on the contact form, and I found no call tracking on the phone number. To confirm inside the account.

    What I would do

Confirm, then track calls from ads and from the site before spending more.

  2. Second priority

The same ads for 26 months

    What I saw

Google’s Ads Transparency Center shows the same three ads running unchanged since August 2024, with no offer or price.

    What I would do

Rewrite them around same-day service and financing, both already on the website.

  3. Third priority

Competitors are on Meta, you are not

    What I saw

Two of the four nearest competitors run active Facebook and Instagram ads. This business runs none.

    What I would do

Test reminder ads for site visitors, starting at $500 a month.

Made for businesses that already sell well

Ads multiply what already works. They do not fix a business that is still finding its footing, so I am picky about who I take on.

A good fit

  • Usually $1M or more in yearly revenue
  • Can sustain the ad budget for a few months
  • Each customer is worth a few hundred dollars or more
  • Someone answers new leads the same day

Not a fit

  • Wants to test ads for a few weeks
  • Wants a guaranteed number of leads
  • Wants likes, not customers

Who I work with:Ads for HVAC companiesAds for med spasAds for law firms

Health, legal and financial ads have extra rules on Google and Meta, and lawyers also follow their state bar’s rules. I build campaigns inside those rules from day one, so ads get approved and stay live.

Two channels, two different jobs

Google

Google Ads

Catches people already searching

Someone types “water heater replacement” or “dental implants cost” and your ad is there, with a button to call. Search ads, Maps and Local Services Ads when your business qualifies. Best for urgent needs and buyers ready to act.

Meta

Meta Ads

Reaches people before they search

Facebook and Instagram ads put your work in front of the right people in your area, and remind visitors who left your site without calling. Best for visual work, new offers and things people do not search for yet.

Together, Meta builds the demand and Google catches it when those people search. Each month I move the budget toward the channel that brings paying customers at the lower cost, based on the sales you report or your CRM, not just cheaper leads.

What I do for you

I handle the setup and the weekly work. You approve ads and answer leads.

Setup, before the first dollar is spent

  • A review of your ads and your competitors’
  • Call, form and booking tracking, tested
  • Campaigns, keywords and ad copy for your services
  • Image ads made from your photos and logo
  • A landing page check, with what to fix first

Every month

  • Budget and bid adjustments every week
  • Wasted search terms cut every week
  • Fresh ads when the old ones wear out
  • A plain-English report: leads, calls, cost per lead
  • A monthly call to plan the next test

Your part

  • Approve new ads, about 30 minutes a month
  • Answer leads the same day. This part is daily, and it decides most of the results
  • Tell me which leads became customers

Flat prices. Never a percentage of your ad spend.

Your ad budget goes straight to Google and Meta, on your card, in your accounts. My fee stays the same as your budget grows, up to $10,000 a month in ads, so I never gain from telling you to spend more.

  • Calls and forms tracked to the keyword

Meta Ads

$900/month

Setup $750, waived with a 3-month commitment

Google and Meta

Both channels, one plan, one report

$1,500/month

Setup $1,200, waived with a 3-month commitment

  • Meta builds demand, Google catches it
  • Budget moves to what brings customers
  • One report with every lead

Your total starts around $1,400 a month with Meta ($900 plus $500 in ads) or $2,400 with Google ($900 plus $1,500 in ads). Both channels start around $3,500 ($1,500 plus $500 on Meta and $1,500 on Google). The free review tells you if your market needs more. New landing pages are quoted separately, up front.

Ad budget
Set by your market and paid directly to the platforms: Meta from $500 a month, Google usually from $1,500. The free review recommends where to start, and the budget grows only where it brings leads.
Setup fee
Pay it and go month to month, or start with 3 months and skip it.
Above $10,000 a month
Investing more than $10,000 a month in ads? I quote a custom plan on the call.

Will it pay for itself?

Add your ad budget and my fee, then divide by what one new customer is worth to you.

Example: $1,500 in ads plus $900 for Google Ads is $2,400 a month. If a new customer brings you $1,200 in profit, two new customers a month cover everything. I set this target with you before launch.

More about me

Questions owners ask

Do I keep the ad accounts if I leave?

Yes. The Google Ads and Meta ad accounts are created in your name, or I work inside the ones you have. If you leave, the campaigns, the history and the data stay with you, with no fee to leave.

Will you tell other clients that I work with you?

Never. I do not publish who my clients are or share their results, and I never tell one client who else I work with. That is why you will not see client logos here: yours will not show up on anyone else’s page either.

How do you take over from my current agency?

You give me access from your own Google and Meta accounts, and I review everything before changing anything. Campaigns keep running during the handover, so there is no downtime.

What if you are unavailable, or something breaks?

The accounts, campaigns and tracking are yours and documented, so the ads keep running if I am out for a few days. If tracking, a form or the ad billing breaks, I reply and start looking into it within 1 business day, and tell you how long the fix will take once I know the cause. The work is part of the monthly fee.

Will you have time for my account if you also build software?

Yes, because I cap how many accounts I take on. Every account gets weekly adjustments and a monthly call, on a schedule you can see. When I am full, I say so instead of spreading thin.

Is the review really free? What is the catch?

It is how I show my work before you pay anything. If you would rather run the plan yourself or with someone else, keep the report. No pressure either way.

Do you use AI to run my ads?

AI helps me read competitor ads, search terms and results faster. Every change to your account, every ad and every report is decided and checked by a person.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on your market. Meta ads can start well at $500 a month. Google usually needs $1,500 or more, and competitive searches like legal or roofing cost more per click. The free review looks at your competitors and click costs and recommends a starting budget. Then I raise it only where it brings leads.

Who pays Google and Meta?

You do, directly, with your own card in your own accounts. I never mark up or handle your ad spend.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Results depend on your market, your offer and how fast leads get a reply. What I promise is the work: tracking that counts real leads, weekly adjustments and an honest report.

How soon will leads come in?

Google search ads usually bring the first calls in the first weeks. Steady costs on both channels usually take 30 to 60 days of learning.

I already run ads. Do I start over?

No. The free review looks at the ads you run today from the outside, using public data. Once you hire me, you add me as a user in your own accounts, I audit them from the inside and keep what works.

Who makes the ads?

I do. I write all the ad copy and design image ads from your photos and logo. For video ads, send me clips from your phone and I edit them into short ads.

What if my website is not ready for ads?

Ads only pay off when the page they land on turns visitors into calls. I check it before launch. If it needs a new landing page, I quote it separately before you spend a dollar on ads.

Is there a contract?

Start with a 3-month commitment and I waive the setup fee. Or pay the setup fee and go month to month from day one.
