What happens after you say yes
From the signed proposal to your first monthly report, step by step. What I do, what I need from you, and what never leaves your hands.
- Ad accounts, pixels and data stay in your name
- Month to month, with no exit fee
- You approve every ad before it runs
- If we stop, you keep everything, including the history
- 1Day 1
You approve the proposal
The written proposal says which channels, how the budget splits and the monthly fee. Nothing is billed before you approve it. The ad budget itself is paid by you, straight to Google and Meta.
What I need from you: Approve and send the customer ID of your Google Ads account, if you have one.
- 2Days 1 to 3
You give access, never passwords
Google Ads links to my manager account, and Meta shares your assets with my business portfolio. Analytics, Tag Manager and your Business Profile get an email invitation. Everything stays in your name.
What I need from you: Follow the two access guides below. About 25 minutes in total, and I can walk you through it on a call.
- 3Week 1
Tracking before the first dollar
Call tracking, form and booking tracking, and conversions sent to Google and Meta, all tested with real calls and forms. If tracking doesn’t work, the ads don’t launch.
What I need from you: Tell me which leads became customers, in a short weekly note or straight from your CRM.
- 4Week 2
Campaigns you approve
Keywords, audiences and ads written for your services and your area, with the searches to exclude already set. You see every ad before it runs.
What I need from you: Review and approve the ads. Send photos or short videos of your work if you have them.
- 5Launch
The ads go live
The first weeks are for learning: Google and Meta need real data, and I check the searches and results every week to cut what wastes money.
What I need from you: Answer leads fast. It matters more than anything I do in the account.
- 6Every month
Report, call, next test
A plain-English report with leads, calls and cost per lead, and a call to decide what to change next. The budget moves to what brings customers.
What I need from you: Half an hour a month for the call.
Questions owners ask
- How long until my ads go live?
- Usually about two weeks after access is in place: the first week for tracking, the second for campaigns you approve. Ads never launch before calls and forms are tracked.
- Do I pay Google and Meta directly?
- Yes. The ad budget is charged to your own payment method in your own accounts. My fee is separate and flat, never a percentage of what you spend.
- I already work with an agency. How do I switch?
- If the accounts are in your name, you remove the old agency’s access and add mine, and your campaigns and history stay. If the old agency holds your account inside its own setup, ask them to transfer it to you first.
- What do you need from me every week?
- Mostly one thing: which leads became customers. A short note or your CRM is enough. That is what lets the ads find more buyers instead of more clicks.
