Stop doing by hand what software can do for you.

CRMs, automations, integrations and custom software for established businesses. Fewer hours on busywork, faster replies to customers, and numbers you can trust.

Tell me the task that eats your week. A written first plan in 2 business days.

  • Fixed price per project, agreed before work starts
  • Built on tools you own, with your data exportable
  • Software I built runs every day in real businesses

What a project looks like

Three typical sizes. Each one gets a fixed price before work starts, and you can start small.

  1. 1

    One integration

    Usually 1 to 2 weeks

A paid invoice in QuickBooks updates the CRM and thanks the customer, without anyone typing it.

  2. 2

    A complete workflow

    Usually 2 to 6 weeks

From new lead to booked job: instant reply, estimate draft, follow-ups and the calendar, all connected.

  3. 3

    Your own system

    Usually 4 to 10 weeks

Jobs, costs, documents and invoices in one place, for the office and the field, built around how you work.

Signs it is time

  • Leads wait hours for a reply, or get none
  • The same data is typed into three places
  • Nobody knows the real cost of each job
  • Invoices and follow-ups depend on someone remembering
  • Reports take a day to put together in spreadsheets
  • Your tools do not talk to each other

Running in real businesses

Systems I built that businesses run on every day. Client names stay private.

Construction

From paper receipts to per-job costs in seconds

Crews photograph receipts on their phones and AI files each expense under the right job. The owner sees job costs while the work is running.

Freight forwarding

Same-day shipment visibility on top of the ERP

A read-only sync with the company’s ERP surfaces the shipments that need attention, without risking the data the operation depends on.

School fundraising

Fundraising without cash or paper sheets

QR codes and online payments replaced pledge sheets, with every donation tracked automatically.

How a project runs

  1. 1

    Free automation review

Tell me the task that eats your week. Within 2 business days you get a written first plan: what to automate first and a price range. Bigger systems get their full scope in the proposal, after we talk.

  2. 2

    Fixed price proposal

Scope, timeline and one price, in writing. Nothing is billed until you approve.

  3. 3

    Build in weeks

Most automations ship in 2 to 6 weeks. You see working pieces along the way, not a big reveal at the end.

  4. 4

    Run and improve

An optional monthly plan covers hosting, fixes and small changes, so the system keeps up with your business.

Questions owners ask

How much does a project cost?

Each project gets a fixed price in the proposal, based on the scope you approve. Smaller automations cost far less than a custom system. The free review gives you a range before any proposal.

Do I have to replace the tools I use today?

Usually not. Most of the time I connect what you already use, like QuickBooks, Google Workspace or your CRM, and fill the gaps in between.

Who owns the software and the data?

You do. Accounts are in your name, and your data can be exported at any time. If you stop working with me, you keep everything.

Will this work with the tools I already have?

Almost always. The free review starts with what you use today, and most projects connect those tools instead of replacing them. You only buy something new if it clearly pays off.

What if something breaks?

The optional monthly plan covers hosting, monitoring and fixes. I reply and start looking into it within 1 business day, and give you a timeline once I know the cause. Without it, fixes are billed per request at a rate agreed up front.

Do you use AI in the systems you build?

When it saves real work, yes: reading receipts and documents, drafting replies and estimates, sorting leads. Every AI step can be reviewed by a person before it matters.
